Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to all our members.
It is only with your help and support that we are able to raise your issues and make positive changes within the work.
Thank you to those members who completed the Unison East Midlands membership survey, I have received the report and I am pleased to say that you are in general happy with the service you receive from the Branch, however there are some suggestions for improvement which we will be addressing in the new year.
