Dear Member
You are invited to attend your AGM – Annual General Meeting on Friday 21 February 2020
at Derby Conference Centre
Arrival and Bar open from 6pm AGM Starting at 6.30pm, finishing at 7.30pm approx.
The AGM will be followed by a 2 course Indian Hot Buffet and a live band and Disco.
The Bar will remain open until 1am.

Non-members are able to wait in the bar until the AGM is completed On arrival each member will receive a FREE Drinks Voucher to be redeemed at the Bar. DON’T MISS THE CHANCE TO BE INVOLVED IN THE FUTURE OF YOUR BRANCH!
Branch Nominations
As you maybe aware there are currently branch nominations taking place for officer positions for your Branch. There were issues with the original ballot sent out and this had to be re sent out to all members.
If you didn’t receive your ballot papers please call 0115 8475476 for a pack to be sent out to you.
Completed Ballot papers must be received by Wednesday 19 February at 12noon using the freepost envelope provided.
Please don’t forget to use your opportunity to vote.
